Three decades ago, a debilitating mental breakdown took Terry down a path not of his own choosing. But on that path, Terry met Jesus in the darkest places of his life and there found healing.
On his own journey Terry began to interweave the behavioral sciences, neurobiology, and practices of Christian spirituality; eventually creating what now is called Formational Prayer. This approach to helping hurting people find healing is now used by practitioners around the globe.

Terry's willingness to humbly share about his own journey through brokenness has opened the door to thousands of others who are now discovering how God can bring beauty and transformation into even the most fractured stories.
