This person will lead strategic initiatives to position people and communities wounded by racial prejudice for emotional and relational healing through Jesus Christ. DR. NEAL SILER
Dr. Siler holds doctorates in theology and psychology, has spent his life as a leader in the African American community, and is a recognized voice on matters of race and diversity. Neal has spent the last 15 years as a key and respected leader in the HCM community. Dr. Siler has accepted the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion position at HCM.
