We provide programs and events that focus on the souls of pastors, leaders, and care professionals. Rather than "innovative" leadership ideas and quick fixes we will position you to encounter Jesus and fill your soul.
Along with these encounters we provide training that will equip you to position others for transforming encounters with Jesus. This training is Spirit empowered and grounded in Scripture. It also contains teaching from modern neuroscience and the behavioral sciences which will help you discover the science behind Biblical change.

By the early 1990’s our founder Terry Wardle was headed for the "top rung" of the Christian leadership ladder, having planted one of the fastest growing churches in the United States, been a seminary president, and written numerous books. But as external pressure collided with internal turmoil he spiraled into a debilitating breakdown that landed him in a psychiatric facility.
Instead of climbing the ladder of success he began to descend into a journey not of his choosing. A journey dealing with unaddressed issues from the past, a journey of increasing intimacy with Christ, and a journey of leaning into a trusted community. Out of that brokenness has come beauty. His personal experience has formed an entire community of "wounded healers" and has become the framework for a new approach to helping hurting people which has now influenced thousands.

PROGRAMS
THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN FORMATIONAL PRAYER COUNSELLING
Our certificate program is the core training program through which we have now trained and certified hundreds of caregivers in our unique counseling/inner healing method called Formational Prayer. In addition to attending a series of seminars and completing required readings, participants receive one on one support and guidance from a highly trained caregiver. Find out more.
THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF FORMATIONAL PRAYER
Similar to our state-side certificate program, through our international school we provide training in Formational Prayer to people outside of the United States who are unable to travel to attend our seminars in person. Find out more.
Spiritual Direction is and ancient practice in the church now rediscovered by many in both Catholicsm and Protestant traditions.
