President
Terry Wardle
Terry is the founder and President of Healing Care Ministries. He provides visionary leadership to the organization, dynamic teaching at events and empowers others within the staff. He is a popular author and speaker who leads seminars and retreats that equip pastors, counselors, clinicians, lay people, and spiritual directors. Terry holds an M.Div from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and D. Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary. Terry and his wife, Cheryl, have three adult children and six grandchildren. They reside in Ashland, Ohio.
Vice-President of Care and Connection
Keith McLaughlin
Keith is the Vice-President of the organization, serving alongside Terry to provide visionary leadership, empower staff, and advance our mission through new partnerships. He has been actively discovering renewed life on his journey of healing for fifteen years. Keith holds his M.Div from Ashland Theological Seminary and has served for 18 years as the lead pastor of two churches in Ohio. His desire is to position others to take this journey toward wholeness with Jesus. Keith currently lives in Bellville, Ohio with his wife, Michelle and their five children.
Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives & Spiritual Direction Program
Neal Siler
Neal is the Executive Director of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative as well as the Director of our Spiritual Direction Program. He provides leadership to our efforts to bring healing and wholeness to communities that have experienced racial trauma. He also leads our Spiritual Direction Program. Neal has an extensive background in individual, marriage and family counseling, having been a mental health clinician, a court psychologist and serving in the private sector. In 2008, he founded The Healing Place, which provides on-going small group ministry and extensive training opportunities in healing prayer and formational counseling.

Vice President of Strategy and Operations
Greg Summers
Greg is the Executive Director of Support Ministries where he provides administrative leadership and direction in line with the ministry's overarching goals. Greg holds a BA in Ministry and MA in Organizational Leadership. In addition to his roles in administrative leadership, Greg serves as a caregiver at THCC. Greg’s mission is to love well and bring the message of freedom and restoration to the lost, hurting and broken in any capacity that God puts him in. Greg lives in Ashland with his wife, Sarah of 18 years and his 3 children.

Director of the Advanced Certificate in Formational Care
Marsha Fentress
Marsha graduated from Ashland Seminary in 2015 with a Master's in Pastoral Counseling and a concentration in Formational Care. Her private practice focuses on Christian Formational Care Counseling, believing that transformation and healing come when one encounters Jesus in places of brokenness and wounding. One of her biggest joys and most incredible honors is walking alongside another as they personally experience the transformational love of Jesus. Marsha has had the joy of serving in various roles in the Healing Care Ministries as a Senior Caregiver, speaker, and board member for the Healing Care Ministries. Marsha resides in Westerville, Ohio, with her husband, Todd.
Director of Finance
Laura Travis
Laura Travis is the Director of Finance overseeing day to day financial activities within the organization's programs and events. She also provides customer support for many programs and events and loves helping people find the program or event that is right for them. Laura holds a MA in Math Education from Walden University. In addition to her role in operations you may also see her leading worship or serving as a Caregiver at events. Laura lives with her husband Josiah and their two children in Ashland, Ohio.

Director of the Foundations Certificate in Formational Prayer
Sandra Vilela
Sandra is the Director of the Foundations Certificate in Formational Prayer. A trained Clinical Psychologist, play therapist and educator in Brazil; she is also a spiritual director, supervisor, teacher and speaker in Healing Care Ministries events. Sandra is trained in EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing- treatment for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and attachment wounds. In addition to her role in the Certificate Program, Sandra serves as a caregiver at THCC. Her desire is to walk with people who have lost hope so they will be whole again. Sandra resides in Ashland, Ohio with her husband Antonio.

Program Director of Seeking Program, International School of Formational Prayer, and Caregiver Supervisor
Sally Robinette
Sally Robinette has served in a wide variety of roles in Healing Care Ministries, training and supporting caregivers, developing programs and resources, and developing partnerships with ministries. She is the Caregiver Supervisor, which allows her to provide care, nurture and encouragement to caregivers throughout the organization. She also finds special joy serving over-seas missionaries as the director of the International School of Formational Prayer. Additionally, Sally provides one on one care through Formational Prayer, leads Healing Care groups and offers individual and group Spiritual Direction. Sally and her husband Doug live in Columbus, Ohio.
Program Director Come Away with Me Retreats
Destry Wardle
Destry has been serving on our Come Away Retreat team for the past 15 years and has facilitated over 50 retreats. Destry has her MA in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and received a B.A. in Psychology from Simpson College. Her specialty is in facilitating Formational Prayer within the context of small groups as well as on an individual basis as a Formational Counselor for the Come Away with Me retreats. In addition to leading CAWM retreats, Destry serves as a caregiver at THCC. She and her husband Aaron live in Longmont, Colorado and have two children, Grace and Addison.
