GOOD LISTENING CHANGES LIVES

When was the last time someone listened to you — really listened?

No interruptions. No comments. No advice.

Was it a patient moment with a friend? A tender time in prayer? Maybe you shared openly with your spouse and truly felt heard.

No matter who it was, one thing is true about careful listening: it can be powerful! Someone patiently listening to your pain and confusion can transform a traumatic event into something manageable.

What is it that makes listening so powerful?

Good listening didn't start with counseling, social work, or psychology. We see the precedent far earlier, from God Himself! Since the beginning of creation, God demonstrates His love for us by hearing our cries to Him. From Genesis to the Psalms and throughout the New Testament, we see God listening to His people. We see His attentiveness to us and His perfect response ultimately in Christ.

Would you like to experience a three-day conference centered around the topic of the healing power of listening? In a time of harsh, loud assertions in our world, we at Healing Care Ministries want to focus on the healing power of good listening. You will experience powerful lectures, contemplative moments, praise and worship, fellowship gatherings, and breakout sessions all designed to engage, equip, and empower you on your journey with Christ in ministry.

In light of God's attentive ear, we are invited to share in the power of loving people through listening. When we hear people, we can meet them where they are and help them move to a healthier place.

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING
ABOUT HEALING CARE SEMINARS?

I had been a Christian for 35 years before entering the Healing Care program. There is no bible study or other “church” program that comes close to the authentic, Holy Spirit led and healing touches from Jesus that are available to us through the Healing Care seminars and training. Through my healing I now have an opportunity to help others experience these amazing opportunities for healing. Not only is there healing, there is a deeper intimacy available in our daily walk with Jesus through these teachings. I highly recommend these programs for all who want more of Him.
When I came to my first seminar with Healing Care I was approaching my 10-year mark in full-time ministry. Already I was beginning to see fracture lines in my heart as the rigors and disappointments of ministry began to take a toll. Encouragement from others to “stick it out” and "find strength in the Lord” weren't addressing what felt like bigger issues under the surface. Healing Care Ministries has been a life saver for me. Through the teaching and the caring community of Healing Care, I’ve become equipped and empowered to encounter Jesus on my own transformational journey and to lead others there too.
