Formational Prayer (formerly known as inner healing prayer) is a ministry of the Holy Spirit, moving through a Christian caregiver, bringing the Healing Presence of Jesus Christ into the place of pain and brokenness within a wounded person.

Formational Prayer Seminar

The Formational Prayer Seminar provides the tools for addressing dysfunctional behaviors; teaches steps for dealing with deep wounds; presents information on spirituality and world view as each relates to helping the broken; and demonstrates pathways that help people dismantle destructive false beliefs.

Integrating Formational Prayer Seminar 

The Formational Prayer Seminar Advanced builds upon the Formational Prayer Seminar. This seminar is a second level of Formational Prayer training which focuses on advanced skills. The event includes teaching, modeling, group experience and special workshops. This seminar is open only to those who have completed the Formational Prayer course, Doctoral Program in Formational Counseling or four-day intensive seminar.

The Essentials Seminar

This seminar is for anyone who has attended the introductory Formational Prayer Seminar. It will cover six foundational principles necessary for deep transformation. It will have a biblical, spiritual and behavioral focus, with lecture, discussion and lab time.

This seminar is designed to address the difficult nature nature of ministry and its impact on leader's spiritual and emotional well being.

Small Group Seminar

The Small Group Seminar is designed for those in the ministry of formational prayer that seek to integrate healing in the context of community. This event will include lectures on the foundations of group work, group process and dynamics, and the essentials necessary for emotional and spiritual growth in a healing group. Participants will engage in a small group experience using the Healing Care Groups curriculum. All participants for this event must have attended the Formational Prayer Seminar and purchased a Healing Care Groups Leader’s Guide.

This is a required training event for those in the Formational Prayer Basic Training Program but is open to anyone who has been to the Formational Prayer Seminar.
