The People
Dr. Terry Wardle Terry is president of Healing Care Ministries and has developed the foundational structure of formational prayer. He has authored numerous books and resources on deep inner healing, spiritual formation, and the essentials of spiritual direction. He is a professor at Ashland Theological Seminary, Director of the Institute of Formational Counseling, and leads numerous seminars and retreats on themes related to spiritual formation and formational prayer.
Dr. Anne Halley Anne received her doctorate in formational counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and is recognized for her work in developmental healing. She teaches in the advanced formational prayer seminar and leads the HCM skill development retreats for caregivers.
Dr. Donna Thomas Donna received her doctorate in formational counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and currently works as a professor in the doctoral program. She also leads the Certificate in Formational Prayer program, specializes in group dynamics and teaches for many of the Healing Care programs including the Summer Intensive.
Chris Ramsey Chris graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a master's degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and currently owns her own counseling practice. She teaches in the Advanced Seminar and has a specialty in developmental formational prayer and attachment. Chris serves as a caregiver for the seminars, extended care retreats and also teaches in the Summer Intensive Seminar.
Lynne Lawson Lynne is the Assistant Director for the Institute of Formational Counseling (IFC) and Healing Care Ministries (HCM), she serves on the advisory board for the Certificate in Formational Prayer program and HCM International, and is the Treasurer of HCM International. She coordinates the Formational Prayer Seminars, Advanced Formational Prayer Seminars, and other IFC and HCM initiatives. She also manages the budgets, oversees the general finances, and handles the sale and distribution of IFC and HCM materials. In addition to her leadership and administrative gifts, Lynne is an anointed intercessor with the gift of spiritual discernment.
Kimberly Moraghan Kim graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a master's degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and serves as the administrative assistant for Healing Care Ministries (HCM). Kim also works as a licensed clinical counselor and has a ministry in formational prayer. She serves on the Certificate in Formational Prayer advisory board, as well as advises for the program.
Jeff Franks Jeff graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a master's degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and serves as the Healing Care Ministries International (HCMI) administrative assistant. He is a pastor as well as a licensed counselor. Jeff serves in many capacities for Healing Care including teaching, caregiving and other leadership roles.
